1. Open your browser and type in www.finchoice.mobi 
  2. Click on “Electricity Top-up” 
  3. Enter your meter number and cellphone number where the token should be sent to. Note: If you have any arrears on your municipal account, a message will tell you the amount, which will then be deducted from your purchase.
  4. You will see a summary of the electricity purchase
  5. This will include the breakdown of you next instalment with the electricity purchase
  6. You can now either “buy or cancel” your purchase
  7. On the summary page, you will have a PAYMENT TERM link, which you can click on
  8. Read through the electricity payment terms
  9. You will see a confirmation screen of the purchase. This includes the following: the electricity amount purchased, the token cellphone number where the token will be sent, the number of units and the token amount. 
  10. You can save the purchase as a “Favourite”. This means the system will remember the meter number, contact number and name.
  11. If you have any “Free tokens”, you will see this with your purchased token
  12. The highlighted tokens are the Free Basic Electricity (FBE) tokens
  13. If you do not receive the token number, you can view your “Purchase History” where you will also be able to see the last 10 transactions you made.
