1.    Dial the USSD Code

•    Dial *120*321# on your phone.

•    Ensure that you have enough airtime as USSD services may incur minimal charges.

2.    Enter Your Cell Phone Banking PIN

•    When prompted, insert your 5-digit cellphone banking PIN. A confirmation message will appear, approving your access.

3.    Navigate to DebiCheck debit orders

•    From the main menu, select the option to manage DebiCheck debit orders by entering the number 0.

4.    Select the relevant debit order

•    Locate and select the FinChoice debit order from the list of pending debit orders displayed.

5.    View Debit Order Details

•    Review the debit order details carefully. This includes the payment amount, frequency and other relevant information.

6.    Choose an Action:

•    If the debit order details are correct:

o    Enter 1 to accept and proceed.

•    If you wish to reject the debit order, enter 2 to decline.

7.    Confirm

•    If you selected 1 to accept, confirm/authorise the debit order by following the next steps.

8.    Receive Confirmation 

•    Once the debit order is successfully processed, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
