To accept a DebiCheck debit order mandate, follow the steps below. Ensure you have your cellphone banking 5-digit PIN ready before starting the process.

Open the FNB Banking App:

Download the app from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) if not already installed.

Log In:

Enter your online banking username and password to access your account.

Check for Notifications:

Once you’re logged in, any pending notifications will appear automatically.

Review Notifications:

Select “Yes, continue” to review notifications and choose ‘DebiCheck Debit Order Requests’.

Review and Accept:

Select the debit order you want to accept.
Tap “Accept Debit Order Request” after reviewing the details.

Confirmation Screen:

A confirmation screen will display the mandate reference number as proof of a successful authorisation.
