Please note: When taking a photo of your bank statement (no bank stamp required) or payslip, ensure your income details are clearly visible.
Here are the ways you can send us your documents:
1. WhatsApp - 063 482 7799
- Take a photo of your bank statement (no bank stamp required) or payslip, ensuring your income details are clearly visible.
- Save our number, 063 482 7799, as a new contact on your phone under the name Finchoice.
- Open WhatsApp and start a new chat with Finchoice.
- Attach the photos of your documents and include your ID number in the caption so we can easily identify you.
- Press Send.
2. Email - docs@finchoice.com
- Email your documents, such as bank statements (no bank stamp required) or payslips, to docs@finchoice.com and include your ID number in the subject line. This helps us quickly match your documents to your application.

3. Mobi site - www.finchoice.mobi
- Go to www.finchoice.mobi
- On the Home page, select “Upload your documents”
- Enter your SA ID.
- Click “choose file” under “Select file to upload”
- Your phone will give you an option to download documents and/or picture. Select the image or document you want to upload and select “Upload Document” on the mobi-site.
- All information is treated with extreme confidentiality, and it's stored in a safe environment
4. From the Capitec App
- Open your mobile app and enter your PIN
- Select the account for which you need the statement
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and choose Statement
- Select the date range for the statement and tap Share PDF
- Choose to share via Email or WhatsApp
5. From the FNB App
- Open app and click Login
- Enter password/biometric login
- Select the account into which your salary/income is paid
- Scroll and click on Statement History
- Select the statements you would like to send
- Click the arrow on the statement to download it to your device
- Exit app and select the statement from your Downloads folder
- Select email option
- Enter the email address docs@finchoice.com and include your ID number in the subject line
6. Fax - 021 680 8257
- Please write your ID number at the top of the document (whether it’s a bank statement or payslip) before faxing it to us. This helps us quickly match your documents to your application.
- No cover sheet is required.
- All information is handled with the highest confidentiality and stored securely.
7. At a Homechoice Showroom
- Go to your nearest HomeChoice Showroom to drop off your documents. Your ID document does not need to be certified and your bank statement does not need a stamp.
- The agent in the Showroom will assist you by scanning your documents.
