Our kwikserve USSD service will end. This includes:

  • The free kwikserve service  *120*1048# 
  • The paid services *130*1048#

When will kwikserve access end?

  • kwikserve access will end on 7 April 2026.
  • After this date, you will no longer be able to access your Finchoice products using this service.

Why is this changing?

  • We are moving to an online experience that offers more features and a better experience.
  • This allows you to manage your Finchoice products more easily and securely.

Will this affect my credit record?

  • No. This change will not affect your credit record in any way.

Will this affect my Finchoice products? 

  • No. Your Finchoice products remain the same. Only how you access them is changing.

How do I access my Finchoice products going forward?

You can access all your products by:

  1. Registering on www.finchoice.mobi
  2. Logging in using your mobile number and password
